COOK TIME: 15 minutes



• 2 cups shell macaroni

• 3 tablespoon butter

• 3 tablespoon

• 2 cup milk

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1 cup cheddar cheese

• 1 cup mozzarella cheese



1. Cook pasta and drain.

2. Melt butter in a large pot, large enough to hold macaroni when it’ s done. Add flour and stir in. Cook until slightly brown.

3. Whisk in milk till it thickens. Add cheese and stir until it’? s melted and Smooth. Turn off heat. Fold in cooked pasta. Pour into baking dish.

4. Cook at 325°F for 15 minutes.
