PREP TIME: 10 minutes

• 1 plantain

• 3/4 tsp oil

• salt to taste


1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

2. Peel the plantain and cut into slices and add to a bowl.

3. Gently mix in the oil and salt until plantains are coated on both sides.

4. Put half the plantain slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Cook for 10 mins turning halfway through.

6. Serve warm.
